Kim Shinlever is a native of Sevier County, Tn. Growing up in a household of builders promoted a love for development and community. Kim started her career in the real estate industry in 1993, first in the realm of development of subdivisions, and onward to becoming a real estate agent. Eventually owing her own office and offering property management services, referral and investment property as well as long term ownership. Selling the smokies one piece at at time, has become a lifetime of working with other agents as a Principal Broker, and helping each achieve lifetime goals.
